Concept
This class is open to anyone with or without any previous yoga experience. I am giving hatha, vinyasa, prenatal, kids, yin yoga and corporate classes throughout the week where you can easily join. I teach in very small groups in Abcoude (max 5/6 people) and surroundings. We learn a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with some relaxation and breathing exercises. On Monday evenings, we allow ourselves to slow down with alternatively a gentle yoga flow or a yin yoga class. Throughout the classes we learn to build strength, hold balance, listen to our body and find what feels good.

About me
My name is Gwladys. I am a certified Vinyasa and Hatha yoga teacher. While working 12 years in Tech, in very fast-moving organisations like Google and Huawei, I discovered yoga as a tool to help me cope with fast-changing environments and constant pressure. Yoga helped me to stay grounded in moments of uncertainty or stress. Apart from the scientifically approved benefits* of yoga and meditation, I am myself deeply convinced from my own experience of the positive impact that yoga and meditation can have on your well-being and how it changes your reaction to stress situations.
