Gentle yoga is taught every other Monday evening. We alternate with gentle yoga and yin yoga.
This practice is very gentle, anyone is welcome (however if you are pregnant, please check with me first). We always start with a relaxing breathing exercise and we move very slowly throughout the practice, with gentle stretches and awareness on the breath. We finish with a deep relaxation. I recommend this class if you are looking for a relaxing and anti-stress practice. You can expect a slow flow that makes you ready to go directly into your bed 😊
