Vinyasa yoga is a bit more of a "flowing" practice than the classical hatha yoga. In vinyasa we find faster and smoother transitions. We flow from one pose to the other, linking the breath to each movement, which develops awareness of the body and mindfulness. In vinyasa yoga we can break a sweat.
Vinyasa builds strength, flexibility and balance. You will find after practicing regularly that you start making significant progress and poses that first seemed impossible like "crow pose" or "half moon pose" will just become easy and natural.
During the class we stay mindful with our body limits and we respect our limits. I always give multiple options to students for an easier or a more challenging practice, depending on who attends the class.
