You can decide to go for private classes when :
Your schedule doesn't match the group classes schedule
You are completely new to yoga or need a bit more guidance
You want to book the studio for a session with your friends or partner or parents/children together
You want to learn a challenging pose
You need 1:1 time because you are still building up on your condition etc.
You want to deepen your practice and progress more quickly
You can decide to go for therapeutic private classes when :
You want to work on a specific area of the body (tightness in the upper back/neck/ shoulders or hips or lower back ...)
You have an injury which requires more attention and specific targeted poses
